The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page three, section fourteen-e, beginning on line nine, following the words “school, the”, by striking out the words “the Legislature shall annually appropriate” and insert in lieu thereof the words “the Governor shall include appropriations in each annual budget bill submitted to the Legislature”.
